INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Cup Almond Flour
- 3 Scoops 1st Phorm Level-1 Pumpkin Spice Protein
- 1/4 Cup Lite Maple Syrup
- 2 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1/4 Cup Mini Dark Chocolate Chips
DIRECTIONS:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix together until a sticky dough forms.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Roll the mixture into 12 equal-sized balls.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
