PUMPKIN PROTEIN BALLS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • 3 Scoops 1st Phorm Level-1 Pumpkin Spice Protein
  • 1/4 Cup Lite Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/4 Cup Mini Dark Chocolate Chips

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix together until a sticky dough forms.
  2. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  3. Roll the mixture into 12 equal-sized balls.
  4. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
